Pilates


Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and posture. It is effective as it addresses underlying structural imbalances in the body which can create on-going pain and difficulty with movement. Regardless of age, ability or fitness level, Pilates is beneficial for everyone.

Our in-house Pilates instructor, Hannah, offers all of the above on a one-to-one basis or small group session of 4 people.
